Our community is governed by the White Columns North Community Association and a seven-member Board of Directors elected by our homeowners. As a Board our primary objective is to protect and enhance your property values while guiding compliance with our covenants, restrictions, and by-laws.

Create an Account with Access Management Group, our Property Management Company
In the portal, you can pay association assessments, access Association governing documents, submit architectural review/modification requests, or send along questions and comments. You can get access to the portal by going to https://portal.accessmgt.com/login
Pay annual White Columns Community North Association Assessments
$1100 paid in three installments of $366.67
Payment is due by (January 15th , May 15th, and September 15th) or you may pay the full amount due.
Trash and Recycling Services
Trash and recycling services are provided by the Association. Trash pickup is scheduled for Thursdays, unless impacted by major holidays.

Request Approval of Modifications to Your New Home
You may already have some ideas on how you’d like to improve your property.
To assist with that, the Association has an Architectural Review/Modifications Committee to help maintain the quality of the neighborhood. The Committee evaluates plans for all exterior landscaping, repairs and remodeling (such as painting, decks, fences, trees and bushes, replacement roofs, etc.) in order to ensure compliance with all guidelines,
protect our scenic environment, and maintain the value of our homes.
Modifications to the exterior of your home and property must be submitted
to the Modifications Committee for approval before any work begins. But
don’t worry, we’ll move quickly to respond to your request so you can get
started on your schedule, not ours!

STEP ONE:

To submit your modification request, login to the Portal​, then go to Requests => Submit a Request => ARC Request

STEP TWO:
Obtain a copy of Community-Wide Standards for homeowner reference.

This document outlines the use restrictions and modification guidelines for White Columns North Community Association. Please note in most cases there is additional documentation that must be included with your application. For example, if you are replacing your roof, you must include a picture of the roof shingles you plan to install, etc., before the application can be processed.

STEP THREE:
Please complete the modification application and submit the completed form,
including all required additional documentation, to the homeowner portal. The
application will then be reviewed by Access Management and then forwarded to the Modifications Committee for review and consideration.

STEP FOUR:
Once the application has been reviewed, you will receive confirmation that the
application has been received and sent to the modification committee for review. If the application is incomplete, you will receive a letter via email from Access Management portal requesting more information. The Committee will notify the resident if a site visit is required. Once a decision is rendered, Access Management will send a letter to the resident with the outcome of the Committee’s decision.
Please allow up to 14 days for review and approval of a properly submitted
modification request.
